registration opens December 15, 2024!

The Carey Lake Ski Challenge will be held February 15, 2025.  We are located in Hibbing, MN right in the heart of the Iron Range. We're so excited to be adding a lake loop to the classic and skate course!

And, you'll see a few exciting changes happening out at Carey Lake!

General Information

3k Classic - 11:00 AM 12k Classic - 12:15 PM 11k Freestyle - 12:00 PM,

***ALL AWARDS BASED ON CHIP TIME***

11k and 12k events are open to ages 13 and up, 3k is open to all ages (smaller children may be accompanied by adult)


Earlybird registrations are $30 Dec. 15 - Jan. 31st and will receive a CLSC T-shirt, $35 Feb. 1st - Feb. 15 with no T-shirt guarantee. Same day registration will be available in hospitality tent. Cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.


PACKET PICK-UP  will be held  on Feb. 14th at the Hibbing Memorial Bldg from 4-6 PM, using the NORTH ENTRANCE (follow signage), or on EVENT DAY from 9:30-10:30 AM in the HOSPITALITY TENT.


Short award ceremony after participants are in.
